Vom 01.11. – 04.11.2007 wird im spanischen Santiago de Compostela das erste „NOOVO International Festival for Fashion and Photography“ stattfinden, das das kreative Wechselspiel zwischen Mode und Fotografie dokumentieren und fördern will.

Neben zahlreichen Modenschauen und Fotausstellungen werden Installationen und weitere Medienpräsentationen wie Diane Pernet ́s „You Wear it Well“ Filmreihe auf dem Festival zu sehen sein, das zu diesem Anlass renommierte Teilnehmer aus den Bereichen des Modedesigns und der angeschlossenen Künste einladen konnte.

Das von Charo González und Jorge Margolles vom NOOVO Magazine kuratierte Festival wird dabei organisch in die historisch-kulturellen Schauplätze der Stadt Santiago de Compostela integriert, die sich mit dieser Veranstaltung eine grössere Rolle im europäischen Kulturraum verspricht.
